Below you'll find the sign-up form. If you want to change/add something after, please edit or answer to your own original comment. Don't make a new comment thread. Also, we advise you to be as detailed as possible, so your assigned writer will have more options to choose from. We also remind you to state AT LEAST TWO Arashi pairings in your sign-up.

NB: being a pinch-hitter means that you step in when a writer drops out, so you have to take over them and write a fic for their recipient – possibly, even with just some little time left.

Pairings I want to receive: Ohno/Jun, Sho/Jun, Ohno/Sho are my preferred pairings. I like pretty much any configuration of Arashi, preferably not a Nino-centric one for romance. All brotps are loved and adored, especially Aimiya buddies.
Pairings I DO NOT want to receive: Preference for non-Nino romance, please!
What I would like to read (prompts, kinks, genres, etc.):
(I have shamelessly cribbed a lot of this from my old NinoEx sign-ups).
I would prefer alternative universe (AU) fic if at all possible. It would be awesome if the other members could appear in some form as well.
- Slice-of-life moments
- fake dating, forced roommates ("and they were roommates!" "omg they were roommates"), there was only one bed etc are always fun
- Characters learning a new skill (e.g. cooking, ikebana, whatever, especially if another member is teaching him).
- Cowboy Bebop/any kind of bounty hunting AU.
- I love arts-based AUs. Think classical musicians, staging a play or a musical, visual artists (this would be great for Juntoshi - Jun the prickly gallery owner who is won over by artist Ohno~).
- Carnival/travelling fair AU.
- General day-to-day life AUs - working in an out-of-the-way council office, kindergarten teachers, fortune telling, real estate salesman, checkout operator - especially if any of this is combined with magical realism and/or folklore (China Mieville/Neil Gaiman/Cat Valente-esque).
- I also enjoy historical AUs - any period of Japanese history works great, but especially Meiji or Heian.
- Final Fantasy 7/8/9/10/12 crossovers are also EXTREMELY welcome.
I would definitely prefer a happy ending, but fine to have some angst in the middle! Nothing too dark.
Hurt/comfort (not too much hurt pls), romance (bonus for awkward romance). I love it when a seemingly random action sets off a chain of events leading to romance/sex. Power struggles, conflict, small actions ramping up, heartwarming cuteness, texts/emails/letters (I love epistolary stories).
What I would NOT like to read (triggers, kinks, genres, etc.):
No rape/noncon/dubcon or underage malarkey. No character deaths or super dark stuff (self-harm, strong violence). No infidelity, cheating etc. I'd prefer no love triangles or threesome stuff. Nope to unending angst with an unhappy ending. No horror/gore. No ABO. If Nino is involved, please keep his marriage/wife/kid out of it (if it's an AU hopefully that won't be an issue). No mentions of the hiatus.
Given the current circumstances, I'd like to keep any quarantine/plague/etc out of it too.
Pairings I want to write: I'd be delighted to write Sho/Jun or Ohno/Jun; most other Arashi pairings are fine.
Pairings I DO NOT want to write: I'd prefer not to write Nino pairings this year.
What I would like to write (genres, kinks, etc.): I'll write anything in my 'What I'd like to read' - basically I'm happy to stretch to any kind of AU. Heartwarming romance is my specialty. I'm happy to write any rating the requester would like.
What I would NOT like to write (genres, kinks, etc.): I won't write about Covid, the hiatus, or anything to do with Nino's family. I'd prefer to keep it AU if at all possible.
Preferred rating (written and received): I am happy to receive any rating and write any rating. No pressure on my writer to write NC-17 - it's welcome, but not a requirement. If my recipient wants something explicit, I can make that happen.
